Staying True to Christ Often Means Rejection By Religous Leaders

Without The Camp

It hardly looks like a place worthy of mention - just an outcropping of rock near Jerusalem. It was hardly a place that one might expect a "King of Kings" to die. Yet He died "without the camp", up on a stony hillside, in pain, in rejection, and in public humiliation.

The rich and the powerful, the "great" religious leaders and hypocrites, they lived in nice houses in cities like the city of Jerusalem. Jesus though was despised and rejected. He was "shown the door" by the religious leaders of his day. Such religious leaders said that the troublemaker Jesus must go. He must be destroyed.

Those who put Jesus and the Bible first have often experienced such rejection by religious leaders. Envy and jealous rage have ignited the kindling below many a good Christian's feet. The troublemakers must go. They must be destroyed.

The Great Roman Catholic Whore has caused the torture and death of millions of true Fundamentalist Baptists and other good Christians over the centuries. One day, this Whore will slaughter millions of good Christians by beheading and other means. The troublemakers must go. They must be destroyed.

Even today, many who support the Great Whore of Rome persecute good Christians for refusing to support the Great Whore, her anti-Semitism, her movies, her spiritual fornication, and her other great sins. Generally, Bapticatholics, Pseudo-Fundamentalists and others who commit spiritual fornication with the Great Whore are in agreement that those true Fundamentalists are wrong. No, those troublemaker true fundamentalists who put Jesus and the Bible first must go. They must be destroyed.

Jesus said that, "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you." (John 15:18-19) If you want to be a good Christian, then count the cost.  Some people will hate you as well. Jesus said it would be so.

The Bible says, "And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever." (I John 2:17) Eternity is a long time. Will you spend eternity in Heaven or in Hell? Have you trusted Jesus to pay for your sins so that you will not have to spend eternity in Hell?

Jesus died on a cross to pay for your sins. Jesus will forgive your sins if you will trust Him. Sure, the road might get a bit rough for you in this life. You might actually be "shown the door" of your church for following Jesus and the Bible. You might be evicted from your house or apartment. You might lose all of your friends of a lifetime or have your name cast out as evil for the sake of Jesus. You might even even lose your life one day. Therefore, count the cost - the cost of putting Jesus and the Bible first.

Nevertheless, Jesus is coming again. Jesus in fact is up in Heaven right now waiting to save you if you trust Him. Eternity is coming for you - an eternity in either Heaven or Hell. Where will you spend eternity? Which will it be for you? Trust Jesus today. It will be worth it all, when you see Jesus one day. Trust Jesus. Then get into a good Fundamentalist Baptist church and live for Jesus, and may God bless you as you do it!
